This is where I see the biggest changes happen. We start with a full hour to map out where you want to be, then meet for 30 minutes each week and take it one steady step at a time. I chose twelve weeks because it's the window research points to for lasting change. It's long enough to make meaningful progress, but short enough that the work stays focused and keeps its momentum. By the end, those small weekly steps have added up to something you can feel.

When our twelve weeks wrap up, a lot of people want to keep going. We can always start a fresh round to work on whatever's next for you.

For when you've finished a program and want to keep the thread going. Once a month we check in for half an hour, see how you're doing, and adjust as life shifts.

If something bigger comes up, we can always start a full round together again.

Therapy VS Coaching. Therapy focuses on mental and emotional healing, processing emotions and trauma, open-ended timelines, and requires a diagnosis; coaching focuses on achieving specific goals, accountability, present and future growth, targeted timelines, and does not require a diagnosis. Both are collaborative partnerships, empowering and grounded in trust.

A cancer diagnosis can bring real financial strain, and I never want cost to be the reason someone goes without support. I hold a limited number of reduced-rate spots for people facing hardship, whether it's tied to your own diagnosis or a loved one's.

The whole program at a reduced rate, roughly $400 to $600 for all twelve weeks, with the same monthly payment option. Since it's a bigger commitment, we set this one up together, so I can make sure the plan really works for you.
