Group Coaching
Some things are just easier alongside people who already get it. Each group is a small circle of people at a similar point in their own cancer experience, working through the same kinds of questions. You pick what you want to work on, next to people who won't make you explain the basics.

Individual Coaching
Every session is built around you. Maybe you're a previvor weighing hard decisions, newly diagnosed and buried in information, done with treatment and trying to find your footing, or worn down from caring for someone you love. Wherever you're starting from, I'll work through it with you. You set the direction. I ask the questions, help you build a plan, and stay in your corner while you do the work. When it helps, I can bring in guided yoga nidra so you can actually rest.
Where do you want to be in six months? Not a list of problems to fix. A real picture of how you want to feel and live. Maybe that's:
- sleeping through the night again
- steady on the hard days, not just the good ones
- moving your body because you want to
- on top of your appointments instead of buried by them
- back at work, or done with it on your terms
- feeling like yourself again
Once we know where you're headed, we'll break it into steps small enough to actually take, and adjust as we go. You decide what matters and how fast we move.

Wellness & Resiliency Workshops
I run virtual and in-person workshops around the Boston area, bringing small groups of survivors and caregivers together somewhere safe and supportive. Each one gives you practical wellness and resiliency tools you can actually take with you. You'll work through the hard parts of cancer alongside people who get it, and find some real belonging along the way.
Always free to attend. Donations are welcome and help me keep them going.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is guided, restorative rest, with no postures and no experience needed. You lie down, get comfortable, and I guide you into stillness while your body settles. It helps reset the nervous system and coax it out of fight-or-flight. A lot of people find it deeply healing: a way to quiet a racing mind and take the edge off fatigue and anxiety.
It's open to everyone, and I hold some sessions just for people affected by cancer. For the in-person ones, bring a yoga mat and whatever helps you get cozy on the floor, like a blanket, a pillow, or a bolster. You bring the comfort, I'll take care of the rest.
Sessions run on a suggested donation with a sliding scale, and no one is ever turned away for not being able to pay.
